Man hole covers are a major problem
1. It is causing really nasty traffic accidents with bikers, and car owners alike.
2. As soon as the council replace one, it goes again.
Sylv' husband is the treasurer for their church and a part of the committee for the building work on the church refurbishment. Twice now they have had to replace the lead work on the guttering and only just this week they have got permission to use man made flushings to stop the thefts.
Lead is worth more than gold at the moment.
