I post at many places across the web and really hate forum drama, I ignore or state my intentions of never crossing the lines of inter-forum confidentiality. I am not a "rat" and realize that there is tension in all forms on the www even if someone were to ask me about other forums they know that I do not disclose anything. If they push the envelope I just stop posting. Nobody here or at Mock or the Open-Forum or Forum garden or any of the other places I go to has ever bugged me about it.
I have signed no secrecy policy at any forum I visit, I share information among several coin forums.
But lets be clear there are things behind the scenes that not every forum member has access to, there are things out in the open that not every forum member picks up on, there are things which affect some members and not others.
Limitations are fine on an individual basis, you personally don't want to discuss other forums and other people known by other forum members that's cool no one can make you do what goes against your personal set of rules , they are however self imposed ,, but really your post is and the words"I'm not a rat" is involvement whether you want to see it as that or not.
A resolution to avoid an evil is seldom framed till the evil is so far advanced as to make avoidance impossible.
