This is just pure bullshit. If it's true, why the fuck is no one saying anything? I know here they are trying to build a new apartment complex and I read there are mandatory 20% low income available units mandated by NJ law to be added in as per STATE LAW for ANY multiple unit housing complex going up.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development has proposed a new plan to change U.S. neighborhoods it says are racially imbalanced or are too tilted toward rich or poor, arguing the country's housing policies have not been effective at creating the kind of integrated communities the agency had hoped for.

The proposed federal rule, called "Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing," is currently under a 60-day public comment period. Though details of how the policy would specifically work are unclear, the rule says HUD would provide states, local governments and others who receive agency money with data and a geospatial tool to look at "patterns of integration and segregation; racially and ethnically concentrated areas of poverty; access to education, employment, low-poverty, transportation, and environmental health."... click headline for the rest

If they do this, any nice areas left in the US will turn to utter shit. You want to ruin a neighborhood? You do this. You want to ruin a school? You introduce a busing program for inner city kids. You want to turn much of the US's urban area into a favela? You force integration like this.

It is all part of the plan though. Once it all turns to shit, it is that much easier to govern.

Most importantly, if you introduce traditionally poor, crime ridden people into nicer areas, you change the voter distribution and areas that formerly voted against you now show as voting for you in many ways.
