LOL about the textured ceilings. I have them in every single room in my house except the 4 season porch and the bathroom I just re-did. I scraped it off in there and will get rid of it in every room as I continue to remodel. I despise it!!!

I can't find any other photos but this one - well of a complete room. The rest are all the tear down and rebuild. I don't know what happened to all my photos of the new kitchen. I had a ton of them.

This is the same view only of the opposite wall where you see the 'fridge and the oven. All the counters are custom built and we did a neat little wrap around in the corner where the counter / wall / cooktop come together.

Sorry 'bout the cat in the way - Thing 2 was helping.

When we're done I'll take pics.

You're familiar with the magnetic poetry, I see. While we did put dirty messages up on the fridge, you should've seen what some of our friends came up with!

Sometimes a dirty mind is a terrible thing to waste.
This must have been one afternoon after pizza judging by the grease stains on the plate.

or is that, a dirty mind is a terrible thing to taste?

aren't those a few of George Carlin's 7 words?

$145 at Home Depot and we're almost ready to roll paint. A rather cheap operation for a mini remodel! We spent more on crap like drill bits and flashlights than paint I think. Found a neat furnace filter that adjusts to size and is useable for ten years. Smile

2 gallons at the ready.
Room is waiting on the second coat of spackle to dry.

I have the whole top row of cabinets in the corner of the living room - pretty neat huh? (Pictures coming later)
