That's an awesome movie Twist. I'll watch if I catch it on TV all the time with all the old Bette Davis, Dom DeLuise, John Wayne and a few other oldies.

Buddy Hackett and Mickey Rooney had a good chemistry in that movie and Jim Backus just added icing to the cake.
There were LOTS of great actors in that movie. Talk about a star studded cast.

I scrolled farther down on the Wicki page and found out that there were lots of cameo appearances as well as some actors offered/considered and some who simply couldn't do the film.

This is so sad. I heard something on the news that his estate is only worth $18K and he left it to one of his sons that was taking care of him during his final days. One of his ex wives is contesting that pittance and being a total bitch about it.
I'll have to do some further research on that as it was the tail end of the noon news and I've been sick with whatever Matt brought home from Michigan last week so my energy is sapped.

That's another way to think about it. I just think it's sad that they're fighting over $18K.
