So I went to a health food store! I thought YEAH.. with all the crappy health I got I will get advice to get a healthy gluten free, preservative free. Vitamin! Whoo hoo..!!! I was sick again so I grabbed up some tablets.. smelled Okay at the house like the real tablets we used to get as kids EWW vitaminy.. Womens triple power...

So I thought cool all safe and good.. and started taking them as I had a ear infection and later a cold.. BUT I was kinda silly in that I saw they had an anti-oxidant blend so when I started to hurt I stopped my medication and the vitamin and called my pharmacist.
Seems the culprit was this wonderful anti-oxidant blend. It was interfereing with my thyroid meds.. NOW why am I telling you this? cause I dick around with herbs all the time. I know my stuff pretty dang good but cause I was sick and missed the words on the back small print I didn't see what they were.
They had Red Clover, Quercertin, Grape seed extract, Pine bark extract, alpha lioic acid, ginkgo biloba i extract, greatea i, extract,Bilberry extract Hawthorn berry Extract Ginseng H, (Panax) and DMAE. Now this is eh so you think till you actually look it up..
Hawthorn berry extract, Actually interacts with a lot of your heart medicines etc, changes blood pressure and if you have heart issues should not be used... or if your using nitro....Can also increase death in hospitalizations for heart failure.

Bilberry Extract
Will inter act with diabetic medications with this extract and can will also anti coagulant medications.

DMAE is the new anti aging supplement of the world.. I ain't even going to bother with this crap.. it actually can interfere with cancer medications and DR OZ is touting how wonderful it is and I am just disgusted.. and it seems that and listed all and in this same bottle are just this bottle HOW would you like some here you can die tablets!!! OKAY! sign me up!
and due to the fact these are supplements they do NOT have to be FDA certified!

Never take vitamins. Get your vitamins from your food.

Can't do that need radical supplementation do to digestion damage..which sucks although it is a nice theory!.
