She's all butt hurt and hired a lawyer.

She's crying and whining and plans on suing the mall.
THEN.... it turns out she's in trouble for swiping a co-worker's credit card and has been arrested in the past for this kind of shit. Some news reports are saying she was shopping that very day with a stolen card. Dunno if that is all true but the part about being arrested for cc theft in the past is true.

Watch the tape, when she gets to the fountain she actually lifts up her left foot and catches it on the edge. If you are just walking and don't see, you don't lift your foot up, she would have hit her shin. Dumbass. I think she did it on purpose.

Yes, she is an employee at that mall. And I think she had gotten off work that same day and was shopping before going home.
