Can you please go to the gun forum and describe this stuff? The bills, what you're going to have that is illegal etc? I don't know anything that's going on with these bills or what they contain.

Did it stop snowing yet?

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread II - twisteroo - 03-08-2013

Not here, we had a dusting last night.

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread II - Twitchin Kitten - 03-09-2013

It was disgusting here. Snowed fat, wet flakes all day that stuck to everything but the roads. Those were just too slick to drive on. Then it stopped and it's all gone now!

Ah it's truck shopping day today. Gonna hit some dealer lots while they are closed and scope out a few prospects. We'll return when they're open if interested. Smile

Mothering Sunday here today! (As apposed to Mothers Day)

I drop some Spanish strawberries into to my mum last night after a full day, being here there and 'everywhere'.
She looked at them and said 'Oh, what are these for?' I explained she might like them since she was having dental trouble and how they are her favourite fruit and I had seen she was well supplied with Daffodils already.

'Where's the cream to go with them? Tantrum

No thanks or anything.......so I go round again today (My Mothering Sunday too) and Dad makes us both coffee. I've taken my poorly guinea pig for her to fuss since he is so much better. That cheers her up, even more after he has peed on me, peed on her carpet (he was running for his box!) and tried out her cats chicken nuggets. The cat had a blue fit ... so I brought piggie home again, who sat in the front seat in a fleece facing front as if he knew where he was going Fool

No1 son over did it on the chocolate Galaxy and an Easter Egg! Biggrin

Are you going for new or used?

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread II - Twitchin Kitten - 03-11-2013

Used. I cannot afford two car payments. We didn't go out yesterday. I'll be going around today since I'm leaving early for some other things and figure I'll go out galavanting. There is one up in Maple Shade that's REAL nice for the price. I'm just not sure I want to travel 41 miles just yet. There's a few prospects in Lakewood, Howell and E. Brunswick today. It's not as hard as I thought it would be to find some with 8' beds too. I even saw a little Dakota with an 8' bed I'm going to look at.

The Dakota is the same size as the ford ranger, if you like a good ride height you will hate the Dakota. Alot of the kids that are stupid around here and think its cool to lower a pick up. Drop rangers and Dakotas because they are lower to the ground to begin with for a pick up.

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread II - Twitchin Kitten - 03-11-2013

I've had a Dakota and it's not bad for what it is. I don't like the Rangers. I don't buy from kids.

Truck purchase is on hold for awhile now anyway.
