We have 15 round limits here, NJ has a modified version of the AWB our AR's cant have a collapsible stock, no bayo lug, no flash hiders but we can have compensator's and they have to be pinned and welded on. My finished AR has a bull barrel so I didnt have to deal with that shit but the barrel is heavy as hell and makes up like 2/3rds of the guns weight this way.
