it was below freezing last night - single digits I think and snowing, icing. Today we're at 48ยบ and raining. Expect flooding in the basement and an ice rink in the street and yard overnight. I'd rather have the snow.

It is really cold here today, but finally it has stopped raining.

It's supposed to be cold Tongue it's winter.

But don't worry, every day it stays light one minute longer. Crocuses will start popping up the end of next month Smile

I was right about the driving conditions yesterday. It took me 3 hours to get to Reading and it normally takes about an hour and 45 minutes.

Back to normal today (sort of). I'm already hooked to an empty trailer so I don't have to run down to the plant. I'll drag that down to Boyertown and get loaded for Elizabeth then call and see if there's anything to bring back or if they just want an empty trailer. Usually I take a load into Boyertown too but not today.

Really cold at 5am today. Mark was on early shift again and the ice was really thick on the car. It turned out a very bright sunny day, but the frost never really cleared.
The snow drops are blooming in the garden already. Guess the minitures at the tree will be budding too soon Smile

Someone tell me why my Irises are above ground and green and looking like they want to bloom after 5 fucking feet of snow just melted off them?
