Oh, hell. I've lived in the South too long. "The bed". I know better. I also say "fixin' to" because I haven't been exposed to the correct phrase in years. I can never go home now.

Ya reckon?

You computer people live in a different sphere than the rest of us. For all I know, you own us.

I'm not worried about it. The company is secure and guarantees your privacy. That's for the online Roboform. The one that inserts a toolbar on your browser is different. It stores ALL the info you put into it in a folder in your My Documents folder on your computer. NOTHING is needed to be read through the internet to fill in your forms. I've been using it for over 4 years now and nothing has breeched my computer because of it.

Now that I have the Imac, I am waiting for them to make a Mac compatible version. The tech support lady on the phone yesterday said they are in the process of making it for later this year! woo hoo.

Turkeys can climb really high up into a tree I saw one about 40 ft up yesterday.

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - Rhubarb - 04-02-2010

Had to get Mark's bike from the shop today. New alarm system put on it in the hopes it will put the local tikes off from nicking it. It was peeing down with rain and SO windy. Mark does not do wet weather. Eventually he decided he will have to go before the shop shuts, he said at 1 o'clock.

Get down there and they said they would have held onto the bike for him and they closed at 5.30pm today.
He followed me home and nearly got knocked off by a learner driver pulling off the kerb into his path, behind me. The teacher wouldn't stop when Mark tried to get him to pull over. I didn't know or I would have held them at the junction.
So the bike is at home and Mark a little shaken (and fuming). Totally wet gear, which dried nicely on the line half an hour later..........when the sun came out!

I used to love that show!

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - twisteroo - 04-02-2010

I actually thought of that when I replied.

Wild turkeys can fly like a bastard, they can run pretty good too.
