Try trazedone LOL.. it's a script antidepressant it works for some but for others it gives a hangover effect. LOL... I used it for years till I finally got to a calm normal 4 hours of sleep a night.. Now I do well on my 4 hours ROFL... I guess you learn to function without sleep after enough years without it

I don't need an antidepressant. I'm not depressed and I don't like taking any medication if I don't absolutely have to. I'd rather be in pain instead of going around oblivious to it risking further injury because there is no safety system (the pain) telling me to not move like that. Migraines are the exception to the pain meds rule.

Trazedone is one of those meds that if prescribed with a low dosage is a primary anti-depressant but at higher dosages it works well as a "goodnight Irene" sleep aid.
I'm with you on the no meds unless ABSOFUCKINGLOUTLY necessary. Last time I took any pain meds was when I was in the hospital with a broken ankle that they couldn't set for 10 days due to the excessive swelling. Wouldn't ya know it....it rained for 8 of those days. Fucking excruciating pain. I was 17 years old at the time. They just couldn't do shit in 1975 like they can now.

Yeah the whole antidepresant rule was a really weird concept with the trazedone thing when the sleep lab prescribed it for me. I was confused seems it's a crappy antidepressant but has a weird side effect of making people sleepy. Don't get me wrong.. pills aren't always a good answer. I was not sleeping for up to 6 days at a time at that point so it was a god send at the time.

I traded 8 squash, 30 cucumbers and an old chain saw for 20 corn, 3 heads of broccoli, 2 whole chickens and a 3 ft long piece of pork sausage today. The chickens were about 4 lbs each kinda big The chainsaw needed work but it ran. It was exciting getting rid of that smoker but it kept the bugs away.

I'm OK, my kitchen only needs a few moulding pieces, almost pre flood again. (Ijust hooked the dishwasher back up today) My son starts 1st grade the 29th. My wife almost has her Masters done. Summer weather has been just great this year compared to last year.
I'm trying to squeeze summer for all its worth and I will be 51 next week.
Other than that .......how you doin? I see the site looks great as usual and your swap seems to have gone well. I have not seen anything kooky yet.
