I am going to make Swedish meatballs tonight. I found lingonberries in my supermarket! Yahoo

Now I remember why we haven't ate Kentucky fried chicken in 9 years. I bought some for dinner last night and it's freakin disgusting, I don't know how they stay in business. The chicken still had feathers in it and the skin and crust fell off in big greasy clumps. I knew I should have went to Hamptons instead or at least made my own. It was that damn Kentucky Fried chicken coupon I got in the mail that lured me into going.

I've never tried a lingonberry. The only other time I've heard of them is in The Big Labowski when the nihilists order lingonberry pancakes.

My recipe is on the cooking site I have http://super-cooks.com/thread-236.html

I wish Dylan would get on high speed internet again so we can test that dual site login and get it implemented already!

I had a helluva time finding Lingonberries in the supermarket but Matt found them in the fruit section where the canned fruit and applesauce is stocked.

I will totally be checking that out! I know for a fact we don't have the Lingonberry Jam in any store near me. Negative

I worked outside today!!!!
Working on getting the yard cleaned up for summer.
Then I can start putting out wood chips again
I have a feeling I will be doing up wood again this summer. We are kind of low on split wood.

OH the fun never ends!!

But I do know I can wait to wash and clean up the boat for the summer. Then I know it is getting close to putting it in!

Fuck me. I'm in charge of a damn pasta dinner, dance, school fundraiser tomorrow. Besides heading the damn thing up, one TINY part of what I need to do is cook around 24lbs. of fucking pasta tomorrow. Al dente.

Not to mention I have crazy parents doing crazy freaking stuff--the mom that wants to sing opera, the uncle who wants to play the accordion. I fucking HATE the accordion and please don't bother me while I'm trying to eat. I have a cool d.j....all of you other mike-hounds, just go away. Please.

Gah!!!

Holy crap! That sounds like a lot of friggen work and headache!
Good luck! Are you making the pasta sauce too?
