I work most weekends, and get one or two days off each week.
My days off move around. It is a crap shoot. I don't know what I'm working next week till Friday at 4:00 pm. The only thing I have going for me is that I know I work 8-4:30 and I do the same job all the time.
Except for early last week, but I set them straight about that.

I've worked nights and any shift and all kinds of shit there for 20 years, weekends don't even mean anything any longer. But it is nice to get an actual Saturday and Sunday off now and again.

The best is getting like Tuesday and Friday off. Dicks.

A another 4 day week. What am I doing today?
Dunno, go out on my bike and find my relatives since they haven't bothered to call me on that free phone I lent them.

Oh no.......I'm going to prison today! Shock

Well, not in the sense that I have to stay there :p

I have to stop at a bakery in Bloomsburg to deliver 2 pallets then I go to a state prison out by State College for my second stop. They usually get 10 - 12 pallets of either egg patties or pre-made omelettes Biggrin

Customer delivery of frozen product is WAYYYYYY better than doing farm pick up or running shell eggs to the plants in NJ.

Um, what are egg patties?
Mark taught cooking in a young offenders for a short time. He said they only had 80pence a day to feed each prisoner.
I remember walking straight in through security (I was really angry at the time) and they decided if I wanted to go in they were not the ones to stop me- Kez
Did I cause trouble Biggrin

Look at the top left picture. The egg on the sandwich is a pre-cooked egg patty. They also come in other forms such as whites only, scrambled pre-formed patties, infused with cheese and or veggies etc.

These are the ones I haul and Michael Foods is the company I work for.

So you mean they just buy them in a box and warm them up?!?!?! Son of a bitch!!!
I always figured that somebody was making them. I mean like at the buffet breakfast and stuff, I figured that someone was in the back making them. Bastards!!!
Go ahead, tell me about santy clause and the easter bunny too.Sad

My friend Anne works for Santa in Norway Biggrin
She kindly emails my nephews in Australia when they wave Santa off on Christmas Eve so they will go to bed ans wait for him to arrive.

I don't know anyone who works for the Easter bunny but Hubby works with a part-time pole dancer so he said he'll ask her if she knows Ok

(just wondering if last nights glass of apple juice has fermented over night-should this be in the drunken thread)

Okey dokey wakey wakey time to get the day rolling and the trucks too.

RE: Early morning useless post thread - LKTraz - 10-06-2010

I'll pass on the fat man and bunny info.

Twist......I have a feeling that place probably does business with one of our brands. I wouldn't be surprised if Crystal Farms is on the list of companies you make some kind of milk product for.

Wanna give some of our eggs a try? Go grab a breakfast sandwich at Dunkin Donuts, Sonic, Burger King or Subway.

I think I'm hauling a load of Subway stuff to Boyertown this morning.

You don't deliver to WaWa?

I'm up for the last hour. Got the psycho cat wake up call today. Mikki decided that Sofie is a punching bag. She stalks the poor little thing and chases her around the house. Sofie is one tough little bit of a kitty though and does not back down nor cower in a fight. Sofie takes her frustration out on Things 1 & 2 during the day.

I see sunshine for the first time in nearly ten days! Yay! I'm out of here and going for a bike ride this morning. I need some fresh air.
