I've been up since 6.30, only 'cos I can't stop coughing. I need a good chemist.
Hubby went to work at 5am and No1 son DROVE the Renault 4 off to work at 7am.
Phew- two loads of washing and a clean kitchen later, I'm eating breakfast

LK is off to work way early this morning and the Kid is up but I have to call the doctor again this morning she is snotting around again her sinuses are bothering her again. I love kids.... when their healthy.. lol

I rejoined the gym yesterday, so my days of early morning posting are numbered.
I will be early morning posting on weekends and days off, maybe.
Now that I joined I gotta get off my ass and go, Monday is my target.
Now I must load some new music in my mp3 player and find my gym bag and shit.

I got sites to upgrade today. I want to try to get a bike ride in sometime too. It's gotten to the point I hate riding that bike. It's 'dying' on me and it's difficult to deal with lately.
I have a friggin' home gym. I can't use it because SOMEONE hasn't finished the other room yet

My back sucks and with muscle relaxants at bed time my early mornings are blown to hell and back... I hate this I want to be able to move again it's driving me nuts that every time I move I scream...

Back spasms? Try a different med.... Esgic Plus *generic= butalbatol (sp?)
My back and mostly my neck goes into massive spasms by the end of each day but if I take the muscle relaxers, I'm useless and frankly, they don't work. Try the Esgic Plus, take it before you hit the sack and you should wake up feeling good to go instead of that fog you wake up from now that takes half a day to shake off.

where do I get this esgic plus? You got that right on the half a day to shake off it's driving me nuts not to mention the other option... I am getting the shits of the cycle of it.
Keep in mind tylenol with codeine doesn't touch the pain from the spasms. neither does tramadol(ultram) or Ibuprophen.

Ask your doc about it. It's an NSAID so careful with what you mix it with.

Okay, don't have transport right now to get to doc Patty/ Ie Marypat on here blew the brake line on the van last Tuesday going to her daughters. Not her fault but the van is down till after Saturday. Will have to make an appointment on Monday. The muscle relaxants and tramadol were approved 3 weeks ago by doc for this problem no success so far
