We don't have those around here. We used to have AGWAY, but they're all gone now too Sad

There are TSCs in NJ but none are very close to you. Damn shame......you'd love the place.

Tractor Supply

I just looked on their site for stores by state listing and found that there are 10 of them within a 50 mile radius of my place.

Yeah, tractor supply is pretty cool. Way back when the were called Central Tractor the sold guns too.
I usually by work shoes there, wood pellets to heat with, and anything that I need in a pinch and don't feel like chasing all over town for, you know, nuts, bolts, plumbing supplies, etc..

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - LKTraz - 03-20-2012

I got a pile of shit from them.

Wheelbarrow, appliance dolly, couple of hand trucks, one of those automatic pet water bowls, hammers and saw blades......that kind of stuff. They had the best price and a hell of a good selection.

We have a Home Depot, TSC and Wal-Mart all in the same plaza. Then there's a Lowe's and Harbor Freight in another plaza not quite a mile away. Sure makes it convenient when I have to get supplies and shit.

I usually go online and get the prices then make the round and buy from whoever is cheapest for the same shit.

$30 / bundle for 25 year roof tiles - is that a good price or would it be worth it for me to drive into PA for roofing materials? For some reason my gut is telling me Jersey is jacking up prices.

I could eat shit and call my ex asking him for his contractor discount. He gets lots of material like this wholesale because he builds barns.

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - LKTraz - 03-20-2012

Go to both Lowe's and HD's websites and use an Allentown,PA zip code to choose "your store". Then you can compare the pricing.

Try using 18105.

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - Twitchin Kitten - 03-20-2012

Stupid HD site will not modify my location, which they have wrong anyway. The site just searches and searches with no results.

Lowes is more expensive, there and here.

I'll try again later today. Maybe the site will be working properly.

Watching the 10'o'clock news.
6 soldiers have finally been brought home from Afghanistan aged 19 to 21 and one age 36.
Gunman is loose in France shooting a puzzling method of Jews and Muslims.

This is squashed between The Budget- the annual Government spending plan....and the shake up on the NHS

Pointless Thread....exactly.

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - Twitchin Kitten - 03-20-2012

I think we are running the same news only instead of the budget we're going on about the primaries.

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - Rhubarb - 03-21-2012

Depressing further with the budget- petrol taxed again, roads may get privatized! Now everyone is going for cheaper to run cars the government are losing money.
Fags are taxed again, so Dad will be grumpy......not the time to suggest giving up (again).
