Is that a yearly rebate? Why so little? Wait.... never mind, you're in England... they tax you to take a piss!

You must have that- they use old Indian Motorbikes!

A wooden road on a pit cylinder. The audience stand on the top and look in and the bikes run on the side of the wall doing 'tricks' defying gravity.

I'm sure the stunt started in the States. It's a fairground side show.

I'll see if Philip can put the video he took on here.

Nope, just I've changed my hours but still in the same tax bracket. My boss's accountant sent the tax office a claim on my behalf. It's not the government tax, it's what is called PAYE tax. This is my percentage tax towards, NHS, Pension and sickness cover. Pay As You Earn. Only I paid too much and didn't earn enough. Rebates are assessed every quarter. This is from July to September. I should be getting a better pay packet soon, now Brian has sorted it out.

Philip gets his in April, September and December which fits in with his college course. He is going be so disappointed when he qualifies and doesn't see it any more.

We're here at Great Adventure and would you believe it's more crowded than when we went in July with LK?!

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - Rhubarb - 09-18-2011

Nice weather turns people out.
We were going to go to Chichester to meet up with Etienne for dinner by motorbike. As it was he text to say he was so tired after a full day at the track he was heading back to Dover to catch the ferry home to Belgium.
I suppose it was just as well, we were going to get soaked on the bike, thunder storms and sunshine weather.
De-cluttered the wardrobe instead

Well....at least it's a nice day here in South Plainfield as I'm getting unloaded! No clue what they will have me do after I'm empty.
