Even at my worst when I lost my job and my ex was providing for us I never abused her. I got depressed of course, but I've NEVER been violent to any of my women. Shit. That's just wrong. It takes more of a man to deal with his problems without violence, and these weak cock smokers who beat their wives, sisters, mothers, and children need to be lined up and shot. Repeatedly.

i did qualify it in my last post, i know that generalizations are not true of all men, or women. but unemployment can be a trigger when combined with possibly alcohol or drugs. the issue was men who do abuse, not all men who are unemployed.

If you anylize the stats more closely you will find that the rate of abuse does in fact go up proportionally with unemployment BUT.........it occurs with men who are predisposed to be abusive and the extended unemployment is simply one of the triggers in a string.
Being with no job is an "insult" to their purported manliness and so they deal with this sting by diving into a bottle (for the most part) which in turn unlocks the door to the creature within and simultaneously restrains their better judgment.
Result? Instant asshole...just add alcohol.
