Powder does a world of good for that "condition" too. If you want a tingly sensation with your dusting, use Gold Bond powder. The eucalyptus in it will put a bit of "perky" in your pants.

As for you shaving them and how it feels.... I have no real man to tell me. None of the real men I know shave their nuts.
