I bet she eats like a bird. Maybe even lays eggs like one.

Volunteer work at the park again today. I don't feel like going. I'm BORED TO TEARS sitting there waiting for a phone to ring that doesn't - ever and asking retards and hippies to sign our guest book.

Then the dumb questions - Is that a real stuffed fox? Are those birds real too? Did someone have to shoot those deer up above the doors?
Is the snake dead? He hasn't moved since I've been here.

I like when the real retards from the ARC come in. They actually are fun.

These people are usually honest, trustworthy, and hardworking.
It's the so called "normal people" that I am leary of.

RE: The Completely Pointless Thread - Twitchin Kitten - 12-18-2010

Glad you got the cookies Kim!

Yeah, they are awfully quiet around here lately, ain't they?

I just got home from the park and trying to see if the bike shop would swap that bike. No luck on that.

I'm here! Eventually. We had a sudden snow storm at 5am after a big freeze the night before. Mark has been ill again but had to go to work (no idea why- no one is on camp- good time to invade, me thinks).

So we battled through the snow. I say we, because after clearing the Renault it wouldn't start Banghead poor thing. I needed to get to the shops and over to the rescue centre. So we drove out to the camp and I carried on back into town, did my shop in the supermarket near Sarah's place, got round to her by 10am when the sun began to thaw the roads. Collected Clint again and 'Fluff-bum' who has no fur (well a little) stopped at the pet store where there is a special offer on, got home, unpacked everything. Fed everyone, including me and Snowy (bless him he got up just so to complain about the noise). Mark phoned to say he could finish work at 1pm.

Then we sat in the front window having tea and toasted teacakes watching idiot drivers try to take the corner past our house. 2 BMW's and a new Honda didn't make it and landed in the neighbours wall (not that we saw anything, you understand, no one in the road gets on with this man).

Now I'm not good at snow and ice but I drove 35 miles in it today including a 1:7 hill and survived, so are BMW and Honda drivers bad?
It was great to see one BMW wheel spin (I never knew they were rearwheel) past the junction then piroite to look as if he made it into the junction only to carry on the wheel spin into the kerb, over it and past the lamp-post and on into Mr Grumpy's wall Fool

I wish the Renault had started, it would have be so much less scary on those skinny tyres.

Clint has gone to bed with a hot water bottle (hope he is ok out in the shed with Bertie next door) and 'Fluff-bum' (must get another name!) is munching through a pile of hay in the hallway

BMW drivers think they're invincible. The company boasts a car with incredible stability, control and braking capacity in any conditions that people forget that they actually have to know how to drive to get these "abilities" out of the car they drive. Same for morons with 4WD - they don't think they can get stuck in anything or slide on ice. YES YOU CAN.

No package for you yet, Trudi? Karen got one yesterday and I don't know about Gail yet. No word from Glo in Mexico either.

Kim reports Vizzy is home for Christmas break already!
