I went to a new doctor today, shopping around for a primary care physician since I haven't had one in well over 10 years and I found out my blood pressure was 106/78. That might not impress anyone else but I'm gonna be 53 in a month, I'm about 25 pounds overweight and I NEVER exercise. I'm so pleased! My doctor's awesome too, I really liked her.

My husband had to get his RHR for his truckers license. 53-I am so impressed. It must help he has a high stress wife. He has to stay calm cuz I'm a spaz-LOL
