Um......uh......welllllll......oh......fuck! Sure looks like a teeny weenie fetus to me.
Problem is that at that size it wouldn't have a head of hair so it must be a photoshopped image. No damn clue as to what kind of friggin samples they would be hawking with an image like that though.

I saw a chick with a pair of sneakers that looked like keds, but they were almost knee high, I was naked and she was barefoot at the time though.
If facebook is giving away fetus samples get a few dozen, I hear they taste like chicken when deep fried.

Maybe you buy a bucket of the fetuses and pop them like bubble wrap, that's what it looks like he's about to do in that picture.
I bought a pound of oat bran last week, there is a lot of fiber in that stuff. I'm really gassy now.
