not in the habit of filming myself working out, silly man.

I blew out my knee. Workouts are limited until I get it looked at. No clue how I did it. woke up two days ago in agony and nothing helps. Brace makes it worse. Ice does nothing. It's not swollen, inflamed or painful to the touch but I cannot put weight on it when bending it and it's painful on the inside. It kind of feels like someone pumped water or air in there. Doesn't feel like a tear or a bruise. I didn't hurt it by banging or twisting it though. It's a mystery. Got an appt on the 22nd to see what's up.

At least I won't die from it! Rofl

You should start. For us, not yourself.

I lost my footing at work, went down, fucked up one knee. Never went to the doc, but I should have. A year later it's better, but depending on what machine I am on at the gym, can still feel it.
