It all depends on who's touching it!
This all came about from the new body scanners in airports. One guy recorded himself saying, "if you touch my junk i'm going to sue you." and on Shep Smith's show today, he dubbed today Don't Touch My Junk Monday and the hilarity took off when him and that Jonathan Hunt carried on for a couple of minutes with as much conversation about touching junk as possible.
Anyone who watches Shepard Smith's show on Fox news knows what a wise-ass he can be.

The manicure stays as I said. Fingernails DO stop growing for a variety of reasons.
FYI - it's also a myth that hair and nails continue to grow after you're dead. I mean HOW? Both need blood to grow. Formaldehyde does not make a good substitute.
