It was a friends dog. She is a cute little thing. She like to sit on your lap. She will go out on the boats with us.

A day at work- so Quiet, where was everyone? Sue the locum fell off a boat and into the Thames so her legs were in a mess, so I had her propped up with ice packs and tea in a chair, she did all my paperwork for me, bless her.
I've known Sue for years and we have a common interest in Army and cars (she likes horses too). Her hubby was an officer in the Engineers.

Cooking today, just stopping for a coffee and try one of the chocolate muffins out
No1 son has just appeared (not bad for a Sunday- 10-45) and commented on the smell of sweet things, the house hasn't smelt like this since Christine was here.
Hmm. Is it he thinks my cooking is like Christine's? Or because this is the first batch cook I've done since she's gone?
Anyway he text Grandad who is coming up later to steal a fruit cake

I'll be doing some cooking today too if Matt doesn't drag me off to help him hang some TV's. Pray for rain so Taylor (his helper) can't keep his promise to his kid and take her to the pier.
