RE: The Completely Pointless Thread II - Twitchin Kitten - 08-10-2013 (08-10-2013, 06:25 AM)twisteroo Wrote: Most people say that they don't care about Christmas presents, but they really do care about them. I'm the same way Twist. Just show you put a bit of thought into it without me having to give you a goddamn list. You all seen the whining how mom makes us give her lists for Santa still! A little thought and hitting it right makes all the difference in the world. Is he adopting middle aged men these days? These are felony charges. There is also a no contact order along with this. If he had half a brain in his head, he'd leave me alone and start checking into one of the myriad of NJ lawyers he's been whining about sending mail to his house. He's going to need one. Bumping this for posterity. Bitch got awfully quiet. I guess it isn't a troll after all, huh? And if his sidekick Obnoxious Bitch is reading - STFU. You have no clue what you're talking about and I told you the day you tried to 'scare' me into thinking that no one knows who "flaglerchat" is and he can't be stopped, you were wrong. Keep it up and I'll have you investigated for conspiracy. I got all those emails saved. His activity online is 100% illegal. Get that through your head. RE: The Completely Pointless Thread II - Twitchin Kitten - 08-16-2013 Ah the spammers are in full force today. We get one who keeps the effort up every time I delete the account. Idiot. Do they not read the registration form? RE: The Completely Pointless Thread II - Twitchin Kitten - 08-19-2013 Edgar Allen Poe's house is for rent in the Village. I'm very tempted. It's on Waverly Place and the street is quiet and awesome and full of all kinds of history. Mark Twain lived around the corner for awhile too. RE: The Completely Pointless Thread II - AnthonyG - 08-19-2013 It will be fun for a while then you will get bored of it and get frustrated when shit starts breaking and needing maintenance . RE: The Completely Pointless Thread II - TenFour - 08-20-2013 pretty sure anyone renting out Poe's house won't be a slumlord, historic properties have pretty strict laws about maintenance. RE: The Completely Pointless Thread II - Twitchin Kitten - 08-20-2013 Yep and I'm sure a call to the landlord to fix it will result in action. Owning a house is the money pit, not renting. Well, aside from the insane rent prices in the city but when you factor in expenses for major repairs like a new roof, or french drains in a basement, appliance replacement and other things that need doing over time, it almost makes up for the crazy rents in NYC these days. It's not the entire house that is for rent, just his apartment. |
