Also, I just put a gun on layaway, and I got straight A's for last semester.

Clap congrats on the straight A's!

Every time I see a guy in "short shorts" I hear James Brown shouting, "HOT PANTS!" in my head. I don't mind them as long as you keep the 'little soldier' from peeking out.

You guys are having brutal weather out there. We're having rain to no end. Not had to water the garden at all and I'm lousy with veggies budding. Zucchini and beans are up first and have been picking strawberries all summer so far.

You better keep that new gun tucked in your daisy dukes if you don't want the fellas to pick on you.Headpoke

I actually hate those long basketball shorts and baggies and all that crap.
I just want plain old gym shorts.

What sort of gun is acceptable to pack when we come over?

Just looking at what to bring and leave at home.

Yeah like England allows you to carry all over the place. Hysterical

We like long guns around here. The rule of thumb is, if John Wayne used it in a movie it's OK by us. So you better pick up a lever action Winchester.

My shorts are the same as what these guys are wearing, only with grass pattern camo:

Therefore, they are beyond the jokes and scorn of the average insecure male concerned about image and self esteem. Right now I am experiencing the ultimate in testicular comfort.

Bah, those shorts are probably just slightly shorter than my gym shorts I wear all the time, and not as nearly as tight as my bike shorts.
Most of the time I figure I probably look like this though.

In England they are big on game hunting and skeet and trap shooting, some of the best shotgun companies in the world are in England. Like Purdey & sons, their shotguns are works of art the average engraving takes a few weeks. Cheapest purdey ive seen to date was 11k, most are 25k plus used and new they are 30k plus and the cost is limited by your imagination. Quality is insane though the tolerances are perfection, the spot where the side by side barrels break you cant even squeeze a piece of paper between it, it wont close.

Which is why it is so expensive that only the wealthy or *established* classes can do it.....same with permits, tags, land use fees, etc, etc.
